Our Story
Founded in 2019 by a group of passionate psychologists and organizational development specialists in Accra, SNAPTHRILL emerged from a simple yet profound observation: young professionals in Ghana were struggling with workplace stress, low confidence, and emotional challenges that traditional education hadn't prepared them for.
What started as weekend workshops in a small community center has grown into Ghana's premier emotional intelligence training institute. We've helped over 2,500 young professionals transform their careers and personal lives through scientifically-backed EQ development programs.
Today, SNAPTHRILL operates both online and offline, reaching professionals across West Africa while maintaining our deep roots in Ghanaian culture and values. Our approach uniquely blends international best practices with local wisdom and cultural context.

Lead Training Specialist
Certified EQ-i 2.0 practitioner and master trainer. Specializes in stress management and confidence building for young professionals, with over 1,000 successful training sessions completed.
