Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SNAPTHRILL's emotional intelligence training services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, training programs, and all related services provided by SNAPTHRILL, located at 12 Independence Ave, Accra, Ghana.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

Services Description

SNAPTHRILL provides emotional intelligence and stress management training programs for young professionals in Ghana. Our services include:

• Online and offline emotional intelligence courses
• Individual coaching sessions
• Corporate training programs

• Certification programs
• Educational resources and materials

All services are designed to enhance participants' emotional intelligence, confidence, and psychological resilience in professional settings.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for courses
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
• Respect other participants and instructors
• Complete assignments and assessments honestly
• Use course materials for personal development purposes only
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate technology and internet connectivity required for online programs.

Payment Terms

Payment for SNAPTHRILL services is due upon enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, mobile money, and online payments. All fees are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

• Full refund available up to 7 days before course commencement
• 50% refund available up to 3 days before course commencement
• No refunds available within 48 hours of course start
• Medical emergencies may be considered for partial refunds at our discretion

Corporate training programs may have different payment and refund terms as specified in individual contracts.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in SNAPTHRILL training programs, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, videos, exercises, and assessments, are the intellectual property of SNAPTHRILL or our licensed partners. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials without written permission
• Share login credentials with third parties
• Record sessions without explicit consent
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platforms

Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use course materials for personal development during and after course completion.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and maintain confidentiality of all training-related information shared during sessions.

Code of Conduct

SNAPTHRILL is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. Participants must:

• Treat all participants and staff with respect and professionalism
• Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate language or behavior
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared by others
• Participate constructively in group activities and discussions
• Report any concerns or violations to program administrators

Violation of our code of conduct may result in removal from programs without refund.

Limitation of Liability

SNAPTHRILL provides educational services and makes no guarantees about specific outcomes or results from participation in our programs. While we strive to provide high-quality training, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific improvements in emotional intelligence or job performance
• Career advancement or salary increases
• Complete elimination of stress or psychological challenges
• Compatibility with all individual learning styles or needs

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Cancellation and Modification

SNAPTHRILL reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Instructor unavailability
• Technical difficulties
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

In case of cancellation by SNAPTHRILL, participants will receive full refunds or the option to transfer to alternative programs. We will provide at least 48 hours notice when possible.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra, Ghana.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

SNAPTHRILL reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
